Campbell County Health's Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, Wyoming seeks an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities in compliance with current federal, state and local standards for long-term care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Wyoming RN license.
• Experience in a long-term care nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with other departments.
• Communicate changes in resident's condition with employees, physicians, residents, and family members.
• Perform administrative duties such as charting and documentation.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Attend care plan meetings and provide updates as necessary.
