Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center, part of Campbell County Health in Gillette, Wyoming, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings. The CNA will provide routine nursing care, document care activities, and assist residents with daily living during night shifts.

Qualified candidates have a Wyoming CNA license, completion of an approved CNA program, and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and graduation from a state-approved CNA program.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• Current Wyoming CNA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and report resident status at shift start and end.
• Provide personal care per individualized plan of care.
• Document all care information as assigned.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to Nursing Supervisor.
• Assist with meals and dining area transitions.
• Record residents’ fluid and food intake.
• Assist with toilet, dental, hair, and bath care.
• Keep residents dry, clean, and comfortable.
• Conduct room checks and verify resident location.
• Assist in dressing/undressing and activity preparation.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Support residents in ambulation with or without devices.
• Perform vitals and basic procedures as directed by management.
• Support restorative care (PROM/AROM, transfers, hygiene) and safety.
