Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Assist with meals, dining, hydration, and snacks; support psychosocial well-being.
• Contribute to infection prevention and PPE use; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry to keep resident areas clean and operational.
• Support wellness and recreational programs and participate in committees as needed.
