Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Indiana to provide resident care under the direction of nursing management. You will support a patient care team with daily tasks and care planning, ensuring high-quality service to residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing education, and reliable transportation. A CNA certification is required, with opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding national company.

• Ability to work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.

• Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team.
• Able to work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice

Responsibilities

• The CNA position works under the direction of the Director of CNA Services (or designee) and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management.
