Job summary

Brighton Hospice seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide patient care under nursing leadership in Minnesota. You will collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other staff to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity, and report any changes in condition.

The role requires travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance; MN CNA certification is required. Competitive benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Aide Leadership.
• Comfortable working one-on-one with patients while being supported by a dedicated care team.
• Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients according to care plans.
• Collaborate with care team to meet patient needs and promote comfort and dignity.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing leadership.
• Follow all Company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices.
