Brighton/Suncrest Hospice seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care per assessments and care plans under the Director of CNA Services. You will coordinate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership to ensure appropriate care and safety adherence.

The role emphasizes teamwork, independent day-to-day work, and opportunities for pursuing additional certifications within a growing national company.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with community organizations in patient care.
• Team environment collaboration with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.
• Eager to gain higher level certifications and further education.
• Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team.
• Able to work independently and day-to-day.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities
