Job summary

Brighton Hospice in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to our hospice patients under the nursing leadership. You will support comfort and dignity, following individualized care plans.

You will collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aides to meet patient needs, document changes, and adhere to infection-control and safety guidelines. Travel to patient homes may be required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Minnesota.
• Ability to travel with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to pursue additional certifications and career growth opportunities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice care under nursing leadership.
