Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking experienced caregivers and CNAs who bring compassion, professionalism, and strong caregiving skills into the home. This role provides personal care, companionship, and specialized non-medical support for clients with more complex care needs.

Qualifications

CNA certification or proven caregiving experience.
Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or mobility needs preferred.
Compassionate, empathetic, patient, and respectful approach to client care.
Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living within the care plan.
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client independence and dignity.
Deliver specialized non-medical care for clients with complex needs as assigned.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention per the care plan.
Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe home.
