Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is a national non-medical home care provider delivering compassionate care and companionship to help clients maintain independence in their own homes. We are seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in others’ lives.

You will assist with daily living tasks, provide emotional support, and help with light housekeeping and transportation while maintaining a safe and dignified home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and light household tasks; valid driver's license if required.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping (meal prep, laundry, tidying).
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior; ensure safety and comfort.
