Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is hiring a CNA to provide compassionate in-home care and support to clients, following individualized care plans and facility policies. You will deliver personal care, monitor vital signs, and communicate effectively with care teams to ensure patient safety and dignity.

Required are a state-approved CNA program or equivalent competency, an active CNA credential, and at least six months of CNA experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved CNA program and/or successful passing of a competency evaluation that meets state regulations.
• Unrestricted CNA certification in the state.
• At least six months of CNA experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Complies with CareBuilders at Home policies and facility procedures.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Documents patient care as assigned; follows care plans.
• Delivers personal care services and takes vital signs as required.
• Reports and communicates patient information to appropriate staff.
