CareBuilders at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide essential support and companionship to clients at their homes. The roles involve helping with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring a safe living environment.

Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling are offered, with training provided. This is an in-person, full-time/part-time/temporary position, welcoming applicants with or without prior caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• No formal caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Compassionate, patient attitude essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions precisely.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and light tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
