Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is a national, industry leading, non-medical home care company dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals at home. We are seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers to provide assistance and companionship to clients in need of support with daily activities.

As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care and creating a safe, dignified home environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
Can lift at least 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
