Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene, including denture care.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift (I&O).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
