Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Pueblo, CO is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver compassionate daily care for our residents. You will assist with bathing, feeding and vital signs under RN supervision, while upholding our policies and patient safety.

A Colorado CNA license is required and English language proficiency is essential. We offer competitive pay of $18–$25 per hour, PTO, health benefits and access to earned wages before payday.

Qualifications

• Must be possess a license as a certified nursing assistant.
• 2) Must possess a sincere desire to serve the elderly.
• 3) Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
• 4) Must relate well with residents, families and staff.
• 5) Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• 6) Must have patience and enthusiasm for residents at their level.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care under supervision to ensure high-quality resident care.
• 2) Assist with bathing, hygiene, feeding, continence care and vital signs.
• 3) Support medical staff in delivering care and maintain a homelike environment.
• 4) Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety rules.
