Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work at The Springs at Wyandot Trail, Lancaster, OH. You will assist residents with daily living activities per each resident’s care plan, provide companionship, and support overall well-being in a compassionate team setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, reporting changes, and maintaining a safe environment while collaborating with roommates and supervisors to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0–1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and respond as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
