Edenbrook of Hampton is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA at Hampton House, you will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and help ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities include ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support, documenting care, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the floor nurse to implement

Qualifications

• CNA certification in the state is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Kind, respectful, and patient with residents and families.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Promote residents' independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to the floor nurse.
• Document care provided and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Support wound care and other tasks as directed by nursing staff.
