Edenbrook Rochester West, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care and support daily living activities in a warm, family-like environment.

As a CNA, you will assist with personal care, monitor residents, document care provided, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote dignity and well-being. Starting pay is $22-$27 per hour with shift differentials and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Document care provided and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices during care.
• Assist with admissions, re-admissions, and transfers between rooms.
