Qualifications

• Must hold Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals accurately.

Responsibilities

• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion and orientation activities.
