In this role, you’ll perform and assist with residents’ basic personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs) while building trust, honoring preferences, and contributing to a culture of citizenship.
This is more than a checklist job. It’s meaningful, relationship-centered work where your consistency, kindness, and attention to detail shape someone’s day and their sense of belonging.

Essential Duties

- Learn residents’ preferences and routines to personalize the care you deliver.
- Document care accurately and report concerns or discrepancies promptly to appropriate personnel.
- Know and properly apply safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
- Communicate regularly with your immediate supervisor regarding resident status and condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- A resident-first caregiver with strong follow‑through and attention to detail
- Warmth, patience, and professionalism with residents, families, and teammates
- Commitment to safe care practices and clear communication
- Comfort working in an active environment with frequent interaction and interruptions
- Active CNA certification in good standing in Colorado
What We Offer
- A supportive team that values dignity, belonging, and high-quality care
- Clear expectations, coaching, and teamwork you can count on
- A workplace where relationships matter and your work is seen

- Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License.
- 3–6 months experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Position requires medium‑heavy physical work. Heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or more than 45 pounds of force repeatedly.
- Stands and walks constantly during working hours with occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulder height and fine motor control.
- Exposure to blood borne pathogens, body excretions and communicable diseases.
