Recover-Care Heartland in Salina, KS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to residents. Join our team of healthcare professionals and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and collaborate with nurses under the guidance of a Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing. We offer shift differentials, bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Caring & loving personality and demeanor.
• Ability to work scheduled shift.
• Ability to read, write & speak English.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents.
• Helping residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support.
• Promptly responding to resident call lights.
• Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments.
• Following infection control procedures.
• Documenting and charting your care for each resident.
• Protecting residents’ rights.
• Adhering to our policies and standards.
