Responsibilities

• Enhancing residents' quality of life
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, hygiene support
• Promptly respond to resident call lights
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments
• Follow infection control procedures
• Document and chart care for each resident
• Protect residents’ rights
• Adhere to policies and standards
