Job summary

Recover-Care Heartland is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to residents in a supportive team. You will work under supervision with a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing, delivering quality nursing care following established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, responding to call lights, and documenting care while maintaining infection control and residents' rights.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Caring, loving personality and demeanor.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life and well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, and appointments.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document and chart care provided to each resident.
• Protect residents' rights and adhere to company policies.
