Job summary

Recover-Care Heartland in Salina, KS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents. You will support daily living activities, follow care plans, and work closely with the nursing team to maintain high-quality care.

The role requires CNA certification, a caring personality, and availability for shifts including every other weekend and holidays. English reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential to document care and communicate with residents

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life through daily support and engagement.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Promptly respond to resident call lights.

• Document and chart care provided to each resident.
• Protect residents’ rights and dignity.
• Adhere to policies and standards.
