Job summary

Recover-Care Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. You will work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, receiving training, support, and mentorship to deliver high-quality care.

Your daily responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, responding to call lights, preparing residents for therapies, and maintaining infection control and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certification.
• Caring personality and demeanor required.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life and well-being.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document and chart care for each resident.
• Protect residents' rights and adhere to policies and standards.
