Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to residents under the supervision of nursing leadership. You will join a team that values reliability, empathy, and teamwork to enhance residents' well-being.

The role involves assisting with ADLs, responding to call lights, and ensuring infection control while documenting care and collaborating with the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Reliable with ability to cover scheduled shifts and adapt to residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and therapy appointments.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and document care provided for each resident.
