Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will work with a dedicated team under supervision to ensure comfort, safety and respect for each resident.

The role requires CNA certification, a caring demeanor, and the ability to perform ADLs with residents. We offer training, supportive mentors, and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• To qualify for the position, you will need CNA certification.
• You should have a caring personality and the ability to work your scheduled shift.
• You must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional nursing care according to policies and procedures.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing and hygiene.
• Promptly responding to resident call lights.
• Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments.
• Following infection control procedures.
• Documenting and charting care for each resident.
• Protecting residents’ rights and adhering to policies and standards.
