Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to our residents. You will follow policies, use available training and tools, and work with a supportive team including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Daily duties include helping with ADLs, responding to call lights, preparing residents for therapy, following infection control, documenting care, and protecting residents’ rights.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a CNA.
• Must have a caring, compassionate personality.
• Able to work scheduled shifts.
• Read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life and well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions and appointments.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document and chart care provided to residents.
• Protect residents' rights and dignity.
