Qualifications

• Must be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Monitor residents’ condition and inform nurse supervisor of changes.
• Assist residents with daily activities and accompany to appointments.
• Create a warm, patient, and cheerful environment.
• Ensure rooms are ready and residents feel comfortable.
• Participate in facility surveys and communicate information to nursing staff.
