Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of patient care, safety, and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support mobility and transfers; assist with walking or exercises as directed.
• Maintain infection control and a clean, safe environment.
• Document care provided and update patient records per facility policy.
