HMG Healthcare LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Park Manor, Quail Valley, Missouri City, TX. This full-time role focuses on assisting patients with daily living activities, reporting changes to nursing staff, and ensuring patient comfort and safety in a clinical setting.

The CNA will support hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and infection control while documenting care in EHR systems and collaborating with healthcare teams to maintain high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Certified Nurse Assistant training program.
• Valid CNA certification/license as required by state/local regulatory authority.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings including immunizations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Support patients with mobility needs, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide nutritional support by assisting with feeding and ensuring patients receive proper hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient status, concerns, and changes in condition.
• Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations.
