• Assist residents in all activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene and ambulation.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
• Meet job-related competencies per the STNA/CNA manual.
• Respond to call lights.
• Document care provided.
• Follow resident care plans and report abnormalities or safety concerns.
