Briarwood Village is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff in Dayton, OH. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, documentation, and following care plans.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and complete STNA/CNA training within four months of hire.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program and competency exam within four months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, hygiene, ambulation).
• Answer call lights and document care provided.
• Refer to and follow resident care plan and report abnormal findings.
• Adhere to HCF policies and procedures and meet job competencies.
