HCF is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full‑time night shifts in Dayton, OH. You will perform direct patient care under licensed nursing supervision, assisting with daily living activities and responding to call lights.

State Tested Nursing Assistant or CNA credentials are required or must be completed within four months of hire. The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and reliable, respectful resident care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program required or to be completed within four months of hire.
• Experience in caregiving or similar roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transfers and mobility.
• Answer call lights and provide timely responses to resident needs.
• Document care given and refer to resident care plans as directed.
• Follow policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions or changes in resident condition.
• Support a compassionate, service-minded approach and collaborate with nursing staff.
