Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be State Tested Nurse Aide or complete CNA training and pass competency exam within four months of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in roles with similar goals and responsibilities is welcome.
• Compassionate, team-oriented, social, trustworthy and service-minded candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, hygiene, ambulation).
• Follow HCF policies and procedures and care plans.
• Meet job-related competencies in STNA/CNA manual.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Report abnormal findings and safety concerns to supervisors.
