Job summary

HCF is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) or CNA eligibility.
• Pass competency exam within four months of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene, ambulation).
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Complete documentation of care provided.
• Refer to and follow resident care plans.
• Report abnormal findings and any safety concerns.
