Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant license/certification is required.
• Current CPR certificate or be certified within 90 days of employment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision of a nurse.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Record vital signs and communicate needs and concerns.
• Maintain clean and safe resident rooms and equipment.
