Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• State-approved CNA training program completed and exam passed.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Documentation of certification upon application.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per Care Plan and ensure safety and wellbeing of residents.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene and grooming.
• Work under the direction of the Charge Nurse and be part of the inter-disciplinary team.
• Assist residents to be out of bed according to the Care Plan.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff in a supportive, non-judgmental manner.
• Follow the Care Plan; perform additional duties as assigned.
