Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Heritage House in Atlantic, IA. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide compassionate care to promote comfort and safety.

Two shifts (2nd & 3rd) are available, with a schedule that respects your needs. The role offers shift differentials, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with medications as directed.

A Typical Day for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Heritage House:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

2nd & 3rd shift available!
