Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality resident care under nurse supervision. The dual-certified role safely administers medications and assists with daily living activities to promote dignity and independence.

You will collaborate with nursing staff, maintain clean patient areas, observe changes in condition, and participate in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with residents in a care setting.
• Knowledge of medication administration and safety.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication under supervision of a nurse and document orders.
• Provide direct resident care and activities of daily living.
• Maintain clean resident rooms and assist with meals and feeding.
• Report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
