The Covenant Living and CovenantCare at Home teams are seeking a Certified Medication Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality resident care in alignment with our mission and regulatory standards. This dual-certified role supports medication administration and direct daily living activities to promote dignity and well-being.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CNA and CMA certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of medications, dosages, routes of administration, and potential side effects.
• Ability to educate patients about medications and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a nurse.
• Provide ADL support including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility and feeding.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and assist with light housekeeping.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition or behavior to the nurse.

Conocimientos

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
