Job summary

Hampton Ridge Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team for full-time and part-time Weekend Baylor shifts. You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care.

Must possess active CNA certification from the State of New Jersey. Rates: $20.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience and benefits, with a sign-on bonus at 6 and 12 months. Competitive benefits and PTO included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, family members and peers.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care including baths, showers, oral hygiene, skin care, hair care, and fingernail care.
• Encourage maximum independence in activities of daily living.
• Assists with Resident meal service.
• Assist in reality orientation.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Weekend Baylor-Work four shifts every weekend and get the fifth shift FREE!

All full time and part-time CNA candidates will receive a SIGN ON BONUS at 6 months and 12 months.
