Job summary

Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. You will provide high-quality patient care and support to residents, working with a compassionate team in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers up to $25.00/hour, with $4,000 sign-on bonus for FT and $2,000 for PT, plus weekend and evening differentials, training reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NJ CNA certification.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
