Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current NJ CNA certification is required.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
