Timberlyn Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation in Great Barrington, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality care for patients with neurological and behavioral health needs. The role emphasizes safety, companionship, and attentive observation in a supportive team environment.

We offer weekend Baylor shifts (Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p) with 32 paid hours, plus flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and ongoing support to help you thrive in this meaningful role.

Qualifications

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with neurological or behavioral health patients.
Compassionate, patient, and able to work well with individuals facing unique challenges.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
Monitor patient behavior and report changes to the nursing team.
Help with mobility and physical therapy activities.
Maintain patient records, documenting and behavioral observations.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
