Job summary

Home, Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking a CNA to work with a pediatric client in the Lewiston area, providing in-home care as part of the client’s individualized plan. Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays 2:30pm – 7:30pm. Your duties include delivering care per the care plan with compassionate, family-centered support.

Our model of care includes regional Nurse Managers who provide ongoing support, supervision, and education to the home care team to maintain quality and safety for the child and family.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• One year of clinical experience in home care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance per the client's care plan.
• Support pediatric client with daily living activities and health needs including supervision as part of a team.

Requirements

• active CNA certification
• One year of clinical experience in home care preferred
