Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN shifts at Concord Reserve, 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, OH 44145. Join a not-for-profit provider delivering exceptional daily experiences to residents in our assisted living and memory care communities.

In this role you’ll support residents with daily activities, respond to call lights, and collaborate with a caring team to maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Launder residents’ personal belongings.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift reports at beginning and end of shifts.

Role Information

Location: Concord Reserve | 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, OH 44145

Schedule:PRN | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but, required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month
