Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Twin Lakes team in Montgomery, Ohio. This part-time role supports residents with daily activities, responds to calls, and collaborates with a caring team to provide high-quality care in memory care or skilled nursing units.

Required CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and English fluency; pre-employment background and drug screens are required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care
• Enter data into computer on AOD
• Provide menu/collect choices and assist residents with eating
