Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in New Albany, OH is seeking a compassionate CNA to assist residents with daily activities in our Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing units. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule with minimum 60 hours per month and pay of $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Launder residents’ personal belongings.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift reports at beginning and end of shifts.

PRN (As Needed) | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but, required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month
