Life Enriching Communities is hiring compassionate CNAs to support residents in its assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing units at Concord Reserve, Westlake, OH. You will assist with daily activities, respond to call lights, observe changes, and help maintain a safe environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA certification or credential required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion are necessary.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen is required.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Launder residents’ personal belongings.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift reports at beginning and end of shifts.

Location:Concord Reserve | 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, OH 44145

Schedule: PRN | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but, required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month
