Life Enriching Communities is hiring a CNA to provide compassionate care in our Wesley Woods community in New Albany, OH. The role supports residents in daily activities, responds to calls, and collaborates with team members to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Launder residents’ personal belongings.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift reports at start and end of shifts.

You are a compassionate and dependable caregiver who is committed to supporting residents in their daily routines. You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction in our Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing units.
